Ramzi Mosbah works as an independent IT consultant and AI engineer, helping healthcare organizations, industrial companies and logistics operators move from manual or fragmented processes to connected, data-driven systems. He combines a research background in artificial intelligence and multimedia with hands-on delivery of software, embedded devices and enterprise integrations.

His technical practice covers artificial intelligence and computer vision (object detection, tracking, model training and fine-tuning, Edge AI inference), IoT and embedded engineering (ESP32, Raspberry Pi, BeagleBone AI, MQTT, WebRTC), Industry 4.0 monitoring and inspection, healthcare technology including telemedicine and digital dentistry workflows, Odoo ERP and business software, logistics technology, and the systems architecture that ties them together — microservices, REST APIs, event-driven messaging, API gateways and WebSockets.

Professionally, he has served as Senior Integration Engineer on the Algerian Port Community System, as Co-Founder, CEO and CTO of Algerian Green Autonomy, and as a Development Engineer at Bomare Company working on industrial and multimedia products with real-time constraints. He holds a Master in Artificial Intelligence and Multimedia and a Licence in Information Systems from the University of Batna 2, has authored three scientific publications, and received the Presidential Medal “ACHIR”, a national distinction in Algeria.

He also provides technical support for data protection and Loi 18-07 implementation — data mapping, access control, retention and privacy-by-design — strictly as IT implementation support rather than legal advice.
